What should I expect during a sales valuation?
One of our friendly, local sales agents will visit your property to have a look around and consider various factors. They will then give you an estimate of how much they think you could sell for, and offer advice on whether there’s things you could do to increase your property’s estimated value.

With our honest and transparent approach, you'll always know exactly how we determined your property's value. We consider several factors, including:
- Whether your property is detached, semi-detached, terraced, or a flat
- General condition of the property
- How many bedrooms it has
- Size of the garden (if applicable)

- Whether it’s freehold or leasehold

How much does a sales valuation cost?
We offer free valuations, the same as most estate agents. It's best to choose a trusted and experienced agent for your valuation. Some agents might give you a high estimate just to win your business, but this can lead to your property sitting on the market longer and possibly selling or letting for less. Accurate pricing from the start is key to getting the best result.

Do I need to be present at the property during a valuation?
No, you don't need to be there, but it’s helpful if you can be. The agent might have some questions during their visit, but they can always follow up with you afterward if needed.

How quickly can you list my property for sale?
If you need to sell your property quickly, we'll do our best to get it listed right away. All we need is for you to approve the property details, sign and return our contract, and get an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC), and we'll start marketing your property immediately.

My experience with Peter Ball has been amazing from start to finish. Ricardo was the first point of contact who came and valued my property and took the photos. He was warm and professional and did an excellent job. Julian the Office Manager is extremely helpful, sold my property very quickly and was excellent at communication and helping me find a property to move to. Dionne the Move Manager, she went above and beyond. She kept my sale together, when unfortunately I had a below par solicitor. If it hadn’t been for her, I believe the whole chain would have collapsed. I cannot recommend this Estate Agents enough. I would not use anyone else. I don’t normally leave reviews, but I feel like I just had to because they have been so brilliant. They are not your typical estate agents. A huge thank you!!!
Stefan was incredibly professional, engaging and willing to listen about what we knew about our house to then feed that into the sales cycle. A superb effort by the whole team to sell our house in a tricky climate. Tori did an amazing job with fantastic professional photos, virtual video tour and viewings while Charlie proactively kept me up-to-date with upcoming viewings and the required feedback from those viewings.
