This time, we had had a property on the market via another estate agent for almost a year and could not understand why it was sticking. We switched to PB (Leckhampton) who within a week had not only arranged more viewings than the original agent had managed in a year, but within 3 weeks of appointment secured a sale. From my initial contact with their Team I received courteous, considered and constructive advice as to how best to market my deceased relative's flat and in a timely manner. Throughout the selling process, and during the period it took to complete the sale, their Team were frequently in communication, and once a sale had been agreed they were especially attentive to keep the ball rolling up to the moment completion took place. My experience with Peter Ball has been amazing from start to finish. Ricardo was the first point of contact who came and valued my property and took the photos. He was warm and professional and did an excellent job. Julian the Office Manager is extremely helpful, sold my property very quickly and was excellent at communication and helping me find a property to move to. Dionne the Move Manager, she went above and beyond. She kept my sale together, when unfortunately I had a below par solicitor. If it hadn’t been for her, I believe the whole chain would have collapsed. I cannot recommend this Estate Agents enough. I would not use anyone else. I don’t normally leave reviews, but I feel like I just had to because they have been so brilliant. They are not your typical estate agents. A huge thank you!!!

I really only appreciated how professional and efficient they (she)was when I gave up the let and had to use other agency,'s , an absolute nightmare, which cost me £1000's of extra pounds and emotional stress.
