Peter Ball & Co sold our house in Spring 2023. Throughout the process all of the staff that we dealt with were professional and amiable. We were kept up to date throughout the entire process as the staff were all proactive and helpful. We had lots of viewings on our property and received offers on our house in a timescale that we were very pleased with. The only areas for improvement were that agents showing the property arrived a little late to a few of the viewings and on occasion agents were a little unsure about some details about the area of our house. These are very minor points that didn’t impact our experience, but are worth mentioning to make this review as helpful and accurate as possible. We would particularly recommend the sales manager Nicola, who led the sale of our property. She was particularly helpful and professional. Nicola was very knowledgeable about the area our house was located in, was very efficient, honest and friendly. There are no areas of improvement for Nicola and we would highly recommend her - in fact we already have recommended her to neighbours.
