How we give you a more accurate valuation
A face-to-face valuation is much more precise than an instant one because:

My experience with Peter Ball has been amazing from start to finish. Ricardo was the first point of contact who came and valued my property and took the photos. He was warm and professional and did an excellent job. Julian the Office Manager is extremely helpful, sold my property very quickly and was excellent at communication and helping me find a property to move to. Dionne the Move Manager, she went above and beyond. She kept my sale together, when unfortunately I had a below par solicitor. If it hadn’t been for her, I believe the whole chain would have collapsed. I cannot recommend this Estate Agents enough. I would not use anyone else.
