We have let two houses with Peter Ball lettings, one for 11 years and the other for 7 years and they have provided an excellent service to us over this period. In the last year Tess Ashmeade has been the Property Manager in Cheltenham and has been wonderful. She answers all queries quickly, efficiently and has an excellent nature. She is polite, helpful and liaises with both us and the tenants effectively. It is a delight to deal with her, she is an excellent ambassador for Peter Ball. The managed service provides great value for money and we have peace of mind with their service - thank you.

I'm a tenant of 2 years in a Peter Ball managed property. All issues are resolved swiftly, great communication from Tess, and effective issue reporting system. Onboarding as a tenant at the start was efficient and they always knew what stage of the process I was at no matter who I spoke to/emailed. I feel very lucky to be in a PB-managed property.
